Crunchy Crust Peanut Pie

Peanuts add crunch to the graham cracker crust in this delicious no-bake dessert. Peanut butter, cream cheese and whipped topping make the filling irresistible.

Ingredients
  • 8 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1 cup crumbs)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped salted peanuts
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • ¾ cup sugar, divided
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
Preparation
  • Combine cracker crumbs, peanuts, butter and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, milk and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
