
Crispy Hot Honey Wings

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup hot pepper sauce, divided
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 12 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 30 RITZ Garlic Butter Crackers, coarsely crushed
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
Preparation
- Mix 1/4 cup hot sauce and honey in large bowl until blended. Add wing pieces; toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
- Heat oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Remove wings from marinade; discard marinade. Place cracker crumbs in pie plate. Add wing pieces, 1 at a time, to crumbs; turn to evenly coat both sides of each wing piece with crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min. or until done. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and remaining hot sauce until blended.
- Serve wing pieces with the mayonnaise mixture.
