Crispy Hot Honey Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup hot pepper sauce, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 12 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
  • 30 RITZ Garlic Butter Crackers, coarsely crushed
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Mix  1/4 cup hot sauce and honey in large bowl until blended. Add wing pieces; toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat  oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • Remove  wings from marinade; discard marinade. Place cracker crumbs in pie plate. Add wing pieces, 1 at a time, to crumbs; turn to evenly coat both sides of each wing piece with crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake  20 min. or until done. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and remaining hot sauce until blended.
  • Serve  wing pieces with the mayonnaise mixture.
