Creamy Spinach-Egg Toppers

ServingsMakes 6 servings, 4 topped crackers each.
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs
  • ¼ cup prepared spinach dip
  • 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • Cut each egg crosswise into 8 slices. Carefully remove yolk from each slice.
  • Place yolks in medium bowl. Add spinach dip; mix well. Spoon into resealable plastic bag.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Top crackers with egg white slices. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe yolk mixture into centers of egg white slices on crackers.

    Slice eggs and prepare yolk mixture as directed. Refrigerate, separately, up to 24 hours before using to prepare recipe as directed.
