Creamy Spinach-Egg Toppers Recipe


  • 3 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup prepared spinach dip
  • 27 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers


  • Cut  each egg crosswise into 9 slices. Carefully remove yolk from each slice.
  • Place  yolks in medium bowl. Add spinach dip; mix well. Spoon into resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Top  crackers with egg white slices. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe yolk mixture onto centers of egg whites on crackers.

Make AheadSlice eggs and prepare yolk mixture as directed. Refrigerate separately up to 24 hours before using to prepare recipe as directed.
