Ingredients
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
- 1 tub (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese spread
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 can (6 oz.) lump crabmeat, drained, picked through
- 1 small red pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
Preparation
- Reserve 2 Tbsp. onions for later use. Mix remaining onions with cream cheese spread and mustard in medium bowl until blended.
- Add all remaining ingredients except reserved onions and crackers; mix well.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Top with reserved onions.
- Serve with crackers.
