Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 container (8 oz.) chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 24 RITZ Crackers, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 400°F.
  • Combine  chicken, broccoli and cheddar in large bowl. Mix cream cheese spread and milk until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
  • Spoon  into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake  30 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, combine cracker crumbs and butter.
  • Stir  chicken mixture; top with crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until topping is golden brown.
