Ingredients
- 1 tub (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese spread
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped red peppers
- 1 green onion, sliced

Preparation
- Beat reduced-fat cream cheese and milk with mixer until well blended. Add cheddar; mix well. Stir in peppers and onions.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Serve with WHEAT THINS.
