Cranberry and Pecan Cheese Log Recipe


  • 1 tub (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp. orange zest
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
  •  TRISCUIT Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers


  • Mix  first 3 ingredients until well blended; shape into 6-inch log.
  • Coat  with nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate  30 min. Serve with crackers.
