  • 24 TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers
  • ½ cup reduced-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 fresh pineapple rings (1/4 inch thick), each cut into 24 pieces
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • Top crackers with remaining ingredients.

The colorful fruit adds both a splash of color and a good source of vitamin C to these tasty, yet low-fat snackers.
