When you want the best appetizers for the big game, pick these buttery RITZ Crackers topped with Colby Jack cheese, dill pickles and a bit of spicy pepper!

  • 30 RITZ Crackers
  • 15 dill pickle chips, cut in half
  • 15 slices cracker-sized sliced Colby-Jack cheese (about 4 oz.), cut in half
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Place crackers in single layer on foil- or parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Top with pickles and cheese; sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
  • Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Recipe Tips
  • Variation
    Prepare recipe as directed, omitting the crushed red pepper, and substituting spicy pickle chips for the dill pickle chips. 
  • Substitute
    Substitute 5 dill pickle spears, cut into 1-inch-thick slices, for the halved dill pickle chips.
