Ingredients
- 2 tsp. boiling water
- 1 tsp. instant espresso, divided
- 2 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped Mexican chocolate
Preparation
- Add boiling water to 3/4 tsp. espresso in small bowl; stir until dissolved.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and remaining espresso in medium bowl until blended; stir in dissolved espresso.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto 12 crackers; sprinkle with chocolate.
- Cover with remaining crackers to make 12 sandwiches.
