Classic Tuna-Melt Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz.) solid white albacore tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced green onions, divided
  • 24 PREMIUM Rounds Saltine Crackers - Original
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Combine  tuna, mayonnaise, carrots, lemon juice and 1 Tbsp. onions.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tuna mixture and cheese.
  • Bake  3 to 5 min or until tuna mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Top  with remaining onions.
