Ingredients
- 2 fully ripe avocados
- 1 plum tomato, seeded, chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Crackers
Preparation
- Mash avocados in medium bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except Thin Crisps; mix well.
- Spoon into serving bowl.
- Serve with Thin Crisps.

- How to Prevent the Guacamole from Browning
Avocados brown quickly once mashed. To help prevent the guacamole from turning brown, smooth surface of guacamole, then press plastic wrap directly onto surface of guacamole to seal out the air. Refrigerate up to 1 hour. If preparing more than 1 hour before serving, drizzle a small amount of olive oil over smoothed surface of guacamole before covering it with the plastic wrap. Stir oil into guacamole before serving. - Shortcut
Substitute a container of store-bought guacamole for the mashed avocados. Stir in all remaining ingredients except Thin Crisps, then continue as directed.
