ServingsMakes 2 cups salsa, or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. salsa and 6 crackers each.
  • 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
  • ¼ cup chopped red onions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-fat Italian dressing
  • TRISCUIT Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers
  • Combine all ingredients except crackers.
  • Serve with the crackers.
