Citrus-Ricotta Spread with Figs, Honey & Basil

ServingsMakes about 1-1/4 cups spread or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 15 crackers each.
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dried figs, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. thin fresh basilstrips, divided
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Crackers
  • Combine cheese, 2 Tbsp. figs, 1 Tbsp. basil, zest and dash pepper. Spread into 6- to 7-inch circle on serving plate.
  • Top with remaining figs, basil, pepper and honey.
  • Serve with crackers.
  • Pairs well with a glass of Chardonnay. Please drink responsibly.

  • Substitute
    Prepare using part-skim ricotta cheese.
  • Variation
    Serve with TRISCUIT Crackers instead of the TRISCUIT Thin Crisps. Makes about 1-1/3 cups spread or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 6 crackers each.
