Cilantro-Jalapeño Crab Spread

ServingsMakes 1-1/2 cups, or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 5 crackers each.
  • ⅔ cup fresh cilantro, divided
  • 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded, deveined and chopped
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • RITZ Crackers
  • Chop 1/2 cup cilantro; mix with all remaining ingredients except crackers.
  • Spoon into serving bowl; top with remaining cilantro.
  • Serve with crackers.

  • Substitute
    Substitute 2 cans (5 oz. each) tuna for the crabmeat.
