
Cilantro-Jalapeño Crab Spread

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup fresh cilantro, divided
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded, deveined and chopped
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Chop 1/2 cup cilantro; mix with all remaining ingredients except crackers.
- Spoon into serving bowl; top with remaining cilantro.
- Serve with crackers.
