Chocolate-Strawberry Shortcakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 CHIPS AHOY! CHEWY GOOEY Chocofudge Cookies
  • 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
  • 2/3 cup thinly sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp. strawberry jam, warmed slightly

Instructions

  • Place  1 cookie on each of 4 dessert plates; top each with about 2 tsp. COOL WHIP. Cover evenly with half each of the berries and jam.
  • Repeat  all layers. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
