Chocolate-Mint Grasshopper Pie Recipe


  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) pistachio food instant pudding mix
  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
  • 6 OREO Mint Creme Cookies, chopped
  • 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
  • 1 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted


  • Beat  pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP and chopped cookies. Spoon into crust.
  • Cover  with remaining COOL WHIP; drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Refrigerate  2 hours or until firm.
