Chocolate-Berry Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • 35 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix  wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  • Beat  pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  • Top  dessert with berries. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over berries. Let stand 10 min. or until dessert is slightly softened.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteSubstitute 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved, for the raspberries.

Variation Omit NILLA Wafers and butter. Line bottom of pan with half of 10-3/4-oz. pkg. marble pound cake, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
