Ingredients
- 32 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1½ cups thawed frozen whipped topping
- 1½ cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
Preparation
- Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Cut 8 cookies in half with serrated knife; reserve for later use. Finely crush remaining cookies; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Stand reserved cookie halves, cut sides down, around edges of pan. Spread cream cheese mixture onto bottom crust; top with berries. Drizzle with chocolate.
- Refrigerate 1 hour. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares to serve.
