
CHIPS AHOY! Mallow Bars

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
- ½ cup peanut butter chips
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) miniature marshmallows, divided
- 3 cups ring-shaped honey-nut whole grain oat cereal
- 1 cup lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts
- 28 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, chopped, divided
Preparation
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
- Cook butter in small saucepan on medium heat until melted and golden brown. Pour into large microwaveable bowl. Add marshmallow creme, peanut butter chips and 3/4 of the marshmallows.
- Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until peanut butter chips and marshmallows are completely melted, and mixture is well blended, stirring every 45 sec.
- Add cereal, nuts, 3 cups chopped cookies and remaining marshmallows; mix lightly. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with remaining chopped cookies; press lightly into cereal mixture to secure. Cool completely.
- Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
