
CHIPS AHOY! Hot Cocoa Cookies
Purchased chocolate chip cookies are topped with a simple chocolate ganache and marshmallows for a quick and yummy cocoa inspired cookie.

Ingredients
- 24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 72 miniature marshmallows (about 1 cup)
- 1 Tbsp. instant hot cocoa mix
Preparation
- Place cookies in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Microwave cream in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. Add chopped chocolate; microwave 30 sec. Let stand 2 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spoon over cookies, adding about 1 tsp. chocolate to each cookie.
- Top with marshmallows; sprinkle lightly with hot cocoa mix.
- Refrigerate 10 min. or until melted chocolate is firm.
