
CHIPS AHOY! Easy Chocolate Banana Pie
When you want an easy, no bake dessert idea, reach for this fluffy chocolate pudding and banana pie atop a chocolate chip cookie crust.

Ingredients
- 24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1½ cups milk
- 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
- 1 small banana
- 1 Tbsp. caramel sauce
Preparation
- Reserve 1 cookie for later use. Crush remaining cookies into fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add butter; mix well. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into pie crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Slice the banana just before serving the pie. Top the pie with the remaining whipped topping, the reserved cookie and the banana slices. Drizzle with the caramel sauce.
