
CHIPS AHOY! Critters
Halloween desserts don't have to be complicated! Add a spooky touch to the party with these easy cookie sandwiches that will stare right back at you!

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
- 40 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
- 1 Tbsp. EACH: orange and purple colored sugar
- 40 mini candy button eyes (about 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Add marshmallow creme; beat until blended.
- Place 20 cookies, top sides down, in single layer in shallow pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with round tip; use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto cookies.
- Sprinkle orange colored sugar around edges of cream cheese mixture on 10 cookies. Repeat with purple colored sugar on cream cheese mixture on remaining cookies.
- Cover with remaining cookies to make 20 sandwiches; press gently into cream cheese mixture to secure.
- Press 2 candy eyes into filling in each cookie sandwich as shown in photo.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.

If you don't have a pastry bag, you can instead just spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the cookies before covering with the remaining cookies.
