Ingredients
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 18 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
Preparation
- Mix peanut butter and sugar in freezer container until blended.
- Freeze 30 min. or until firm.
- Meanwhile, bring cream just to simmer in small saucepan on medium heat. (Do not let cream come to boil.) Add to chocolate in small bowl; let stand 3 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Refrigerate 15 min. or until cooled slightly and thick enough to spoon, stirring frequently.
- Place cookies in single layer on baking sheet. Scoop peanut butter mixture into 18 (1-inch) mounds; roll each into ball. Place on cookies; press to flatten peanut butter balls slightly to secure them to cookies.
- Spoon chocolate mixture over topped cookies. Refrigerate 15 min. or until firm.
