CHIPS AHOY! Brownie Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (13 oz. each) Chewy CHIPS AHOY! Ice Cream Creations Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie, cut in half
  • 1 pkg. (18.3 to 19.5 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Press  1 cookie piece onto bottom of each of 18 paper-lined muffin cups; press 3 of the remaining cookie pieces around inside of each cup.
  • Prepare  brownie batter directed on package; spoon into prepared cups, adding about 1-1/2 Tbsp. to each cup.
  • Bake  30 to 35 min or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pans 5 min. Remove from to wire racks; cool completely.
