CHIPS AHOY! Banana Pudding Cups

These individual cups of creamy and delicious banana pudding are made extra special by layering chocolate chip cookies between the pudding and bananas.

  • 8 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Cut 2 cookies in half; reserve for later use.  Chop remaining cookies.
  • Beat whipping cream in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.  Gently stir in half the whipped cream. Let stand 5 min.
  • Layer half EACH of the pudding, cookie pieces and banana slices evenly in 4 (4-oz.) cups. Repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining whipped cream and reserved cookie halves.
