Chipotle-Bacon Ranch Dip

ServingsMakes 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 WHEAT THINS each
  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 1 container (5.3 oz.) plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch dressing mix
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, divided
  • 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (with 1 Tbsp. sauce), finely chopped
  • WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
  • Mix sour cream, yogurt and dressing mix in medium bowl until blended.
  • Reserve 1 tsp. bacon for garnish. Stir remaining bacon, chipotle peppers and adobo sauce into sour cream mixture.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Sprinkle with reserved bacon.
  • Serve with WHEAT THINS.

  • Substitute
    Serve prepared dip with WHEAT THINS Big Snacks, Chili Cheese Snacks or Zesty Salsa Snacks instead of the WHEAT THINS Original Snacks.
