ServingsMakes 32 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 11 WHEAT THINS each.
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 1 pkt. (1.25 oz.) chili seasoning mix
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red onions
  • WHEAT THINS Big Snacks
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Brown meat in medium saucepan on medium heat; drain. Return to pan. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning mix; cook an additional 1 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Spread beans onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate; top with meat mixture and cheese.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
  • Garnish with sour cream and onions. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

    In addition to garnishing this satisfying dip with the sour cream and onions, you can also add your choice of favorite chili toppings, such as guacamole, chopped jalapeño pepper and/or fresh tomatoes.
