Chicken Salad Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, chopped
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  •  dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
  •  WHEAT THINS Original Snacks

Instructions

  • Mix  chicken, mayo, celery, red bell pepper, milk, mustard and ground red pepper in bowl. Cover.
  • Refrigerate.  Serve as a dip with WHEAT THINS.
