Chicken Cordon Bleu Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 4 aged Swiss cheese slices (3 oz.)
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 1 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast (4 oz.), cut into 24 pieces
  • 6 slices deli-style smoked ham (2 oz.), quartered

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix  dressing and chives until blended.
  • Cut  cheese slices crosswise in half, then cut each half into 3 pieces.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken, ham and cheese.
  • Bake  4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top  with dressing mixture.

SubstitutePrepare using your favorite cheese slices, such as cheddar.

Special ExtraSprinkle lightly with cracked black pepper or paprika before baking as directed.
