Cheesy Roast Beef Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. thick and hearty steak sauce
  • 2 oz. (1/3 of 6-oz. pkg.) reduced-fat cheddar cheese, cut into 8 slices
  • 16 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 8 slices deli-style roast beef, cut in half

Instructions

  • Cook  vegetables in nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 min. Stir in steak sauce; cook 1 min. Set aside. Cut cheese slices in half.
  • Top  crackers with meat, cheese and vegetable mixture.
  • Place  8 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining crackers.
