Ingredients
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Mexican chorizo links, grilled, each cut into 12 slices
- 1 small Gala apple, cut into 24 slices
- 3 sharp cheddar cheese slices (2-1/4 oz.), each cut into 8 pieces
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chorizo, apples and cheese.
- Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with chives.
