Cheesy Chorizo & Apple Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 Mexican chorizo links, grilled, each cut into 12 slices
  • 1 small Gala apple, cut into 24 slices
  • 3 sharp cheddar cheese slices (2-1/4 oz.), each cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chorizo, apples and cheese.
  • Bake  3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle  with chives.
