Cheesy Chili Dip Recipe


  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (15 oz.) chili
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  •  WHEAT THINS Original Snacks


  • Spread  cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable pie plate; top with chili and cheddar.
  • Microwave  on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until cheddar is melted; sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Serve  with snacks.

Recipe Tips

PHILLY Cheesy Buffalo Chicken DipOmit chili, cheddar and cilantro. Instead top cream cheese with 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken (or 1 [6-oz.] pkg. chopped cooked chicken) tossed with 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce. Top with 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles. Microwave as directed. Top with 1 sliced green onion.

Serve as a TopperPlace unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwaveable plate; top with chili and cheddar. Then, microwave and garnish with cilantro before serving as directed.
