
Cheesy BBQ Chicken TRISCUIT

Ingredients
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 cooked small boneless skinless chicken breast half (1/4 lb.), cut into 18 thin slices
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 18 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 1 green onion, diagonally sliced
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cut cheese into 9 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
- Combine chicken and barbecue sauce.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
- Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with onions.
