Cheesy BBQ Chicken TRISCUIT Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 cooked small boneless skinless chicken breast half (1/4 lb.), cut into 18 thin slices
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 18 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 green onion, diagonally sliced

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350ºF.
  • Cut  cheese into 9 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
  • Combine  chicken and barbecue sauce.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
  • Bake  4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle  with onions.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowaveTop crackers as directed; place 6 on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.

SubstituteSubstitute 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro for the onions.
