Ingredients
- ½ lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) pasteurized cheese product loaf, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Brown meat in medium skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat to skillet.
- Add all remaining ingredients except crackers to skillet; stir, Cook on low heat 5 min. or until cheese product is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Serve with crackers.

For a quick-and-easy snack, prepare recipe as directed. Cool, then refrigerate dip up to 2 days. To reheat, spoon 2 Tbsp. dip into small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until heated through; stir. Serve with crackers.
