ServingsMakes 22 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 5 crackers each.
  • ½ lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) pasteurized cheese product loaf, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • RITZ Crackers
  • Brown meat in medium skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat to skillet.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except crackers to skillet; stir, Cook on low heat 5 min. or until cheese product is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • Serve with crackers.

  • Serving Suggestion
    Serve with TRISCUIT Crackers instead of the RITZ Crackers. Makes 22 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 6 crackers each.

    Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables, such as celery and carrot sticks, in addition to the crackers.
  • To Double
    For a quick-and-easy snack, prepare recipe as directed. Cool, then refrigerate dip up to 2 days. To reheat, spoon 2 Tbsp. dip into small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until heated through; stir. Serve with crackers.
