A party classic, cheese logs never go out of style. This version is made with Swiss and sharp cheddar cheeses and rolled in chopped pecans.

Cheese and Dill Log Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  •  RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  • Beat  margarine, cheeses, milk and seasonings electric mixer on medium speed until well blended; cover.
  • Refrigerate  at least 1 hour. Shape into log; roll in pecans until evenly coated on all sides.
  • Serve  with crackers.
