This easy-to-make cheese spread makes a great cracker topper or sandwich spread.

ServingsMakes 1 cup, or 8 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 6 crackers each.
  • 2 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • TRISCUIT Crackers
  • Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise in medium bowl until blended.
  • Add cheddar and pimientos; mix well.
  • Sprinkle with onions.
  • Serve with crackers.
