
Caramelized Onion Pull-Apart "Flatbread"

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2½ cups thinly sliced onions
- 24 TRISCUIT Balsamic Vinegar & Basil Crackers
- ⅓ cup cream cheese spread
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced roasted red peppers
- 1 tsp. chiffonade of basil
Preparation
- Melt butter in large saucepan on medium-low heat. Add onions; cook 45 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile, spread crackers with cream cheese spread. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet to form solid rectangle.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spoon onions onto crackers; top with feta and peppers. Bake 10 min. Top with basil.

Layer basil leaves on top of each other. Roll up tightly. Using a knife cut 1/8-inch cuts. When unrolled they will be like ribbons.
