A simple treat of cinnamon and sugar spiced chocolate chip cookies filled with a creamy dulce de leche will remind you of a fresh, crunchy churro.

  • 24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. dulce de leche
  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Place cookies in single layer on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet; brush lightly with butter.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
  • Spread dulce de leche evenly onto bottoms of 12 cookies, adding about 1-1/2 tsp. dulce de leche to each cookie. Cover with remaining cookies to make 12 sandwiches.
