A simple treat of cinnamon and sugar spiced chocolate chip cookies filled with a creamy dulce de leche will remind you of a fresh, crunchy churro.

Ingredients
- 24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
- 6 Tbsp. dulce de leche
Preparation
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Place cookies in single layer on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet; brush lightly with butter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
- Spread dulce de leche evenly onto bottoms of 12 cookies, adding about 1-1/2 tsp. dulce de leche to each cookie. Cover with remaining cookies to make 12 sandwiches.
