Ingredients
  • 1½ cups salsa
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen shrimp, cooked, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. light sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • TRISCUIT Crackers
Preparation
  • Mix salsa and shrimp until well blended; cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Top with sour cream and cilantro. Serve as a dip with the crackers.
