Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 1 cup finely chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup croutons
- RITZ Toasted Chips Original
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and dressing with mixer until blended.
- Spread onto bottom of shallow dish; top with lettuce and croutons.
- Serve with chips.
