Bánh Mì Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup slivered red onions
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  •  Dash sugar
  •  Dash salt
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrots
  • 18 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1/4 lb. thin deli roast beef slices, cut into 18 pieces
  • 4-1/2 tsp. Sriracha mayonnaise
  • 18 fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  • Toss  onions with lime juice, sugar and salt in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.; stir. Let stand 5 min.
  • Add  carrots; mix lightly.
  • Top  crackers with meat, vegetable mixture, mayonnaise and cilantro.

SubstituteSubstitute Thai basil for the cilantro.
