
Berry Cheesecake Parfaits
It looks too pretty to eat. But eat it anyway. Every spoonful of creamy pudding, crispy Nilla Wafers and tangy fresh fruit is a masterpiece of flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1½ cups thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
- 24 NILLA Wafers, coarsely chopped
- 1½ cups mixed blueberries and sliced fresh strawberries
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; mix well. Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Layer half each of the wafers, berries and pudding mixture in 8 parfait glasses. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining whipped topping.
