SubstituteSubstitute raspberry preserves for the jam.
Variation To instead prepare this recipe using homemade chia jam, omit the raspberry jam and increase the chia seeds to 2 Tbsp. Cook 2 cups chopped mixed fresh berries and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice in small saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until berries are softened, stirring frequently and mashing berries with back of spoon. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in chia seeds and 1 Tbsp. raw honey or agave syrup. Let stand 5 min. If desired, this homemade jam can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 year. If frozen, thaw overnight in refrigerator before using as desired.
