Beer-Infused Hot Dog Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 hot dogs, each diagonally cut into 8 slices
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 32 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 slices (0.8 oz. each) pepper Jack cheese, each cut into 8 pieces
  • 4 tsp. grainy Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Cook  hot dog slices in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 1 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  • Add  beer; cook and stir 5 min. or until beer is cooked off.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet; top with hot dogs and cheese.
  • Bake  2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top  with mustard.
