Barbecue Chicken Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 18 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped mixed green and red peppers

Instructions

  • Cut  cheese into 9 slices, then cut each slice diagonally in half.
  • Top  crackers with cheese and remaining ingredients.
